Health & Safety Policy

We are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees and will provide whatever resources are required to ensure that we can meet this commitment.

We also accept our responsibility for other people who may be affected by our activities and we will take steps to ensure we meet our duties.
Each member of the company will be given such information, instruction and training as is necessary to enable the safe and effective performance of their work.

We will ensure that all processes and systems of work are assessed, designed to take account of health, safety and welfare and will be adequately supervised at all times.

Arrangements and facilities will be maintained to enable everyone to raise issues of health, safety and welfare.
Where necessary, competent people will be appointed to assist us in meeting our duties, including where appropriate, specialists from outside the company.

We will require the co-operation of everyone to ensure the compliance of our duties and this will require total commitment from all levels.

It is important that everyone appreciates that we all have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of our own health, safety and welfare and that of other people who may be affected by our actions or omissions.

This policy will be regularly monitored to ensure that the objectives are achieved. It will be reviewed and, if necessary revised in the light of future changes.
